The DBP Strategy Map laid down the connection between and among the objectives of the organizations and arranged logically in order to build value to the stakeholders of the Bank. The first step in crafting the strategy map was to translate the vision into strategic issues that needed to be addressed. The second step was translating these to strategic objectives. What were these issues and concerns the Bank should address?
These issues were formed into questions and grouped into four perspectives: organization, internal processes, constituency and finance.
